HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received. Most orders are completed within 24 hours during the working week

Shipping Time: The time is taken to arrive at the destination after dispatch from our studio.

We use a high-security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer and lainkprintingstudio.co.uk.  This extends our processing time to 5 days as we fully verify our customers and fulfill orders.

Following this, your package

U.K

1st class and 1st class signed for – 1-2 working days for delivery (please note Saturday and Bank Holidays are not working days)

2nd class and 2nd class signed for – 3-5 working days for delivery (please note Saturday and Bank Holidays are not working days)

Parcel delivery – 3-5 working days for delivery (please note Saturday and Bank Holidays are not working days)

EUROPE

Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 1½ -3 Weeks for delivery will arrive between 7-14 business days depending on your geographic location and availability of stock.

*Note: on the purchase, the customer must accept that these delivery times are estimates only, based on the information provided by Royal Mail. Some orders may be faster or slower depending on the location of the recipient and local restrictions/incidents*

 

ORDER & TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a purchase confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight by emailing lucy@lainkprintingstudio.co.uk, as long as order has not already been completed. Processing of orders can take 1-2 business days, orders that are bespoke and require designing may take longer. When your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email, usually from the website and from Paypal (if used)

Signed for tracking will be available about 5pm on the day of posting and then again when it has reached its destination.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

If the allotted delivery time has elapsed and your order has not arrived please check the following before contacting us.

1) Local delivery delays, issues and problems en-route – remember any problems along the destination route may effect delivery not just the despatch and receiving addresses. You can check issues here https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/12556/~/service-update

2) Have you given the correct address – Any typo in the address may cause delays. It has been known for PayPal to use a registered address as your primary address, if you have multiple addresses stored on PayPal please check the correct address is shared at checkout. We can not be held liable if the address given by PayPal for delivery is incorrect.

If these are not the cause you haven’t received your order please contact us for any proof of delivery required and to start a lost post claim, where if your package can not be found and Royal Mail deem it lost a replacement or a full refund will be offered. Alternatively if you wish we can provide you with the details to claim for lost post, as this is sometimes quicker.
